About the Collective

Collective organising remains the cornerstone of LBQ women and Sex worker programming in the current Zimbabwe context. Building from Phase 1, the Collective’s work expanded their reach from two cities; Harare and Bulawayo to include Mutare and Masvingo as a way to build more capacities, build solidarity and extend their political work. It was important to create space for unpacking the various traumas that hindered the progression of individuals in their personal and shared community life.
